Lower Back Pain due to Implants or disproportionate breast size is pimarily the consequence of a weak lower back rather than the breasts. From a Purely physical development perspective large breasts should not result in pain, the gradual increase in size of the breast is made in concert with a gradual increase in lower back strength. So! If that is the case, why the pain? The 21st Century's demands on Study and Work and numerous sedentary events we engage in mean that while the breasts grow in side, the lower back is not engaged for the same duration and increases in concert. This is why correct seated posture is requested, leaning forward does not require as much stress on the lower back's muscle groups.
What does the Lower Back Support?
The Lower Back muscle group supports ALL weight held/placed above this point. The Chest, the Shoulders, Head, Arms etc. In lamers terms, if you weigh approximately 70kgs, and your upper-body weighs 30kgs, your lower back is required to lift 30 at a minimum. The more your upper body size increases, the more strain on the lower back. This is why Pregnancy has such an effect, Pregnancy with thought is fine, Pregnancy without thought creates negative consequences. In this situation the sudden mass increase creates a level of stress and strain on the lower back.
So How Do I Fix This?
The Lower Back requires focus in order to be improved. This is best approached by doing Hyper Extension Exercises on a Hyper Extention Machine. The best ability to aim for is Strength passed the point required. i.e your Upper Body weighs 40kgs, so aim to be able to lift 60-70kgs. (Translated to Hyper-Extensions, that may only be 20-30kgs of weight plate) as your Lower Back is ADDING this amount to that of your own bodies existing mass.
The best range would be 10kgs for 10 reps, 20kgs for 10, 20 kgs for 10, then after a month, Raise the levels by 5kgs.
If you are already Pregnant, the best approach is Aqua Therapy until you are able to switch to traditional training methods, Aqua Therapy lacks the Gravity affect for true long-term benefits.
This applies to Breast Implants as well, otherwise Sudden Weight increases can cause pain.
Today's society focuses primarily on "Management of Pain" rather than "Elimination of Pain". This is a particularly ignorant and a deliberate view.
On a side note, if one were to apply the Hierarchy of Control Matrix to Backpain; Elimination is the first method and also the most easily attainable for reducing this pain. Consider our bodies a "workplace".
